Pin publishes reviews and essays that engage closely and critically with the work; criticism that considers how a book is built, what it is doing with language and form, and what role it is playing in the wider literary conversation.

We are looking for reviews of poetry books and work on poetics published within the last twelve months, with a particular interest in small press books; essays on contemporary poetry and poetics; essays on the publishing industry; work that engages in some way with translation as a particular practice; poetry and music; poetry and the visual arts; as well as literary or creative non-fiction that in some way touches on the practice of reading and/or writing poetry.

We accept pitches as well as completed work.
